Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM /Master of any discipline.
∎ PGD in HRM will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth operation.
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies.
∎ To prepare & issue the office note, memo & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill, etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Ensure to follow-up disciplinary action & conduct Departmental inquiry & Grievance handling issues of the organization as per law.
∎ To maintain liaison with the local bodies, buyer representatives, govt. agencies and BEPZA.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the compliance according to Compliance manuals.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Have to monitor all health & safety and environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ To set & measure KPI for employee.
∎ Familiar with ISO 9001: 2015, 14001:2015, BSCI, GRS etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) and minimum 5 year(s) in managerial position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments and Textile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing.
∎ Strong knowledge of Labor law 2006, Labor Rules 2015 & Amendment 2018, EPZ Labor Law, Company Law, Accord & Alliance.
∎ Should have good knowledge on HR, Admin & compliance
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
