Educational Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and drive the HR strategy for the business which will effectively utilize the high level of potential of its human capital.
∎ Be the decision-maker in terms of overall HR deliverables and be accountable for the entire gamut of HR, people, and talent development verticals.
∎ Plan, organize, and execute all HR blueprints and deliverables in close synchronization with Group HR.
∎ Design and develop the talent management strategy to harness capacity building.
∎ Implement a well-designed, sustainable learning and development platform for the business in close consultation with departmental heads and Group HR.
∎ Develop and launch a lucrative employee engagement mechanism that targets and aims to mitigate key HR challenges at the shop-floor level.
∎ Align all KPIs and performance objectives towards the delivery of business plans and inculcate a performance-oriented culture.
∎ Evaluate the current compensation and benefits structure and work in close collaboration with the finance department to propose a more lucrative incentive mechanism for the business.
∎ Promote compliance, transparency, and equity in HR-related aspects.
∎ Timely and accurate use of HR-related MI and analytics for decision making.
∎ Engage effectively with all categories of employees, harnessing the synergies to aggressively drive the achievement of business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ He/she should possess at least 12 years of experience in Human Resources, including 6 years of experience in a managerial role independently handling the HR spectrum of a business.
∎ Furthermore, he/she should carry a strong sense of genuine passion towards people management and capacity building.
∎ He/she should be an inspiring personality, an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
