Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To bringing out skill gap of each employee working in the plants and developing rudder diagram accordingly.
∎ Preparation of training module for each skill area in consultation with respective plant heads.
∎ Preparation of training calendar based on TNA exercise and rollout accordingly.
∎ To identify internal / external resources/agencies as trainer based on training modules.
∎ Preparation of annual training budget and take management approval.
∎ Develop competency-based TNA for the seniors and arrange training accordingly.
∎ Be a member of PMS rollout process.
∎ Preparation of Jobs description.
∎ Preparation of Organization Chart.

SS Power I Ltd is currently executing the 2 x 660 MW Coal fired Super Critical Thermal Power Plant at Banskhali near Chittagong on a Build, Own and Operate Model. We are looking for an HR Professional to fill up the position of Manager (HR – Education & Training).
