∎ At least 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning and recruit accordingly. Recruit right candidate for right place.
∎ • Prepare job advertisement, Shortlisting applications/CVs, prepare Candidates Profile Summary/ Exposure Sheet of short listed candidates & coordinating the interview process (i.e. communicate with the board members, contact candidates etc.)
∎ • Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
∎ • Prepare Job Descriptions, Job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for all employees.
∎ • Prepare different Notes, Memos, regarding recruitment, transfer, resignation/separation/ discharge/dismissal & departmental clearance etc. (both in English & Bangla).
∎ • Assist to roll out company-wide Annual Performance Appraisal for the concerned factory.
∎ • Terminations, benefits and disciplinary actions, conduct and accomplish interview session.
∎ • Perform monthly salary, bonus preparation for the concerned factory.
∎ • Assist & coordinate in orientation/induction program
∎ • Prepare various Monthly HR activity report, Manpower Report.
∎ • Maintain monthly updated employee list, monthly new staff list for the concerned factory.
∎ • Ensure the visitors are made comfortable & taken care of.
∎ • Manage the security personnel and goods movement and follow up the cleanliness and security system of the Company.
∎ • Ensure the proper maintenance of company vehicles & equipment and other inventories.
∎ • Manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload.
∎ • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Essential practical knowledge (preferably with training) on Labor Law 2015 and minimum wages rules.
∎ • Sound written and verbal communication is ENGLISH & BANGLA.
∎ • Capable of dealing HRMS and ERP HR module.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
