Must have experience of using ERP and HRIS system, processing payroll through ERP.

Oversee the Human Resource’s & Admin function of Head office, Factory HR & Admin Coordination, Sales and Depot Operations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company objectives.
Manpower planning & budgeting; Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing & assessment and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Implementation of ERP software managing Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and other HR related self-services.
Ensure smooth functioning of payroll and maintenance of an effective HR Information System (HRIS) in the company.
Oversee payroll processing and fund management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drafting and implementing different HR policies in the light of the company`s mission and vision, Labor Law and industry standards.
Preparation Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
Oversee and manage KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance and preparing Employee development plan (EDP) which run through employee probation evaluation and annual assessment.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, KPI for all positions according to HR objectives.
Facilitate learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Expatriate management, guide and arrangement of official visitors (Tickets, arrangement of visa, immigration formalities and related official matter etc.)
Arranging various team building events, employee engagement programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department’s needs to boost employee morale maintaining work culture.
Develop and manage HR dashboards providing real-time insights into key HR metrics.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues time to time.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and as per requirements.
