Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the Human Resource’s & Admin function of Head office, Factory HR & Admin Coordination, Sales and Depot Operations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company objectives.

  • Manpower planning & budgeting; Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing & assessment and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Implementation of ERP software managing Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and other HR related self-services.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of payroll and maintenance of an effective HR Information System (HRIS) in the company.

  • Oversee payroll processing and fund management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Drafting and implementing different HR policies in the light of the company`s mission and vision, Labor Law and industry standards.

  • Preparation Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.

  • Oversee and manage KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance and preparing Employee development plan (EDP) which run through employee probation evaluation and annual assessment.

  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, KPI for all positions according to HR objectives.

  • Facilitate learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

  • Expatriate management, guide and arrangement of official visitors (Tickets, arrangement of visa, immigration formalities and related official matter etc.)

  • Arranging various team building events, employee engagement programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department’s needs to boost employee morale maintaining work culture.

  • Develop and manage HR dashboards providing real-time insights into key HR metrics.

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues time to time.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and as per requirements.
