Responsibilities & Context:

Job ContextTo be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational & administrative skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all process development, company`s environment and HR operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities· 

Admin RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To understand general concepts of Administration.
  2.  Develop an appropriate office management strategy.
  3.  Able to develop administrative procedures.
  4.  Able to plan and control administrative budget· 

HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing all HR operations of the factory including compensation, training, compliance, HR Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning etc.
  2.  Develop, implement, review and evaluate the organization`s HR Strategy across the factory.
  3. Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures across the factory.
  4. Ensure our factory employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & safety regulations and practices.
  5. Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
  6. Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
  7. Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
  8.  Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
  9. Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
