Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational & administrative skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all process development, company's environment and HR operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities·
- Must have to deep knowledge in legal affairs ACTB Labor code 2006, Company Act-1994, Contract Act-1872, Income Tax Act-2023.
- Must have to deep knowledge in administrative works like Crisis Management , Labor Management, Conflict Management, Coordination with all department, Recruitment & Compliance management system.
- To understand general concepts of Administration.
- Develop an appropriate office management strategy.
- Able to develop administrative procedures.
- Able to plan and control administrative budget·
- Managing all HR operations of the factory including compensation, training, compliance, HR Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning etc.
- Develop, implement, review and evaluate the organization's HR Strategy across the factory.
- Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures across the factory.
- Ensure our factory employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & safety regulations and practices.
- Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
- Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
- Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
- Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
- Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
