Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruitment and onboarding.
∎ Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
∎ Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
∎ Verify documents and reference checking of the selected employee
∎ Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance & leave to ensure employee punctuality
∎ Follow up on employee confirmation and contract
∎ Assist in implementing and communicating human resources policies or programs
∎ Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
∎ Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
∎ Oversee daily operations of Department.
∎ Be knowledgeable of department programs, activities, and policies as well as facility issues and announcements.
∎ Attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
∎ Manage and maintain the overall administrative functions of the EMK Center.
∎ Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
∎ Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for government offices, ministries, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Communicate with government officials on behalf of the EMK Center and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
∎ Facilitate necessary documentation and paperwork required by government authorities.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure a smooth transition of equipment and assets.
∎ Assist in addressing any logistical challenges related to the relocation.
∎ Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, payments, and expenses related to administration.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget monitoring and reporting.
∎ Support other team members in various administrative tasks as required.
∎ Facilitate internal communications and ensure information flow within the organization.
∎ Assist in organizing staff training programs and workshops.
∎ Plan and Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Capable of handling the day to day functions of Administration.
∎ Look after administrative matters including discipline, safety and security, land etc of the Hospital.
∎ Deal with the matters relating to labour welfare activities, personnel management etc.
∎ Take various permission from the Government authorities/Agencies for Hospital Operation.
∎ Maintain liaison with various Govt. agencies, local elites etc. when required.
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
∎ Resolve potential issues.
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experiences as administrative manager.
∎ The applicants should have experiences in the following area(s):
∎ Medical Administration, Quality Controller /Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experiences in the business area(s): Clinic, Healthcare, Hospital
∎ Well experienced in Administrative functions in reputed Hospital/company.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
∎ Willingness to work independently in a fast paced environment with self-direction under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Advanced computer skills on Ms-Office.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
