Experience:
MBA in HR or Masters in a relevant subject from any reputed university.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non Management Staffs as per approved HRP.
Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, OHSAS Audit, ACCORD Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP(Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.
Ensure good housekeeping and existing firefighting arrangement of the factory according to all legal requirements & perform with the management for necessary remedial action if required.
Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output.
Conduct performance appraisal of workers and non-management staffs as per guidelines.
Work on Human Development & increase performance level of employees as per individual performance evaluation.
Prepare PAF(Performance Appraisal Form) of management staffs as per existing practice coordinating with respective department & make sure on time appraisal coordinating with Corporate Office.
Ensure induction program of workers & non-management staffs and maintain records & feedback.
Follow up training and preparation of training schedule & module as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Prepare & Analyze monthly HR Functional plan and always pursuing of betterment.
Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory.
Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous bodies & other external agencies for smooth business operation.
Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.
Ensure having personal safety equipment's like mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, pulley cover, goggles, ear plug, gum boot, rubber apron, earmuff for workers who work in machines & chemical stores.
Conduct various HR Programs as guided by Corporate HR.
Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates.
