Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA /Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will get preference.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
∎ Maintaining a smooth onboarding and off-boarding process.
∎ Conducting KPI based performance evaluation and appraisal process
∎ Implementing policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Maintain and update employees' personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
∎ Coordinating the update of staff job descriptions and organizational charts.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
∎ Monitor attendance of all staff. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to induct new employees to organization policies, procedures, laws and standards.
∎ Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with organization's policy. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, HIGG, etc, and able to face their different audits with requirements.
