Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed public/private university/ institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural, Structural, Plumbing plan and drawing by concerned of the department.
∎ Estimate the costs of Civil/Plumbing items, labor and equipment of a project using contract bids, quotations, drawings and Specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
∎ Ensuring smooth operation of project activities as per Work Schedule.
∎ Physical supervision of construction work & Ensuring quality of construction materials at the site.
∎ Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers & Responsible to complete project works within the schedule time.
∎ Ensure that all materials used with proper specifications.
∎ Any others activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD operating, Construction costing etc,
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
∎ Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
