Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDPM or, PGDSCM is must from BIM
∎ Skills Required: Management and Leadership, MS Office Applications, Very good communication skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Erp software, Factory HR Admin, Spinining factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, transport, catering, construction, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ Process owner for all Record Management pertaining to Employee Personnel Files, Attendance Data, Leave Data, Salary payments, etc. during the employee lifecycle.
∎ To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Management, Office Notices & Display Board, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Office Stores & Inventory, Records Management, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Event Management, Vendor Management policy.
∎ Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending HR policies & procedures.
∎ Prepare bills of other law full payments like Maternity Benefits, Final Settlement, and Earn Leave, and responsible for running the payroll process of the factory.
∎ Ensuring labor law, COC & other rules and regulations & assisting all compliance audits & safety inspections.
∎ Prepare, upgrade & keep all employee’s personal files with proper documentation.
∎ Maintain contact with relevant Govt. offices and vendors, visit and solve related issues with various Govt. and private agencies on an ongoing basis.
∎ Ensure all workers are maintaining their PPE by visiting four times a day & grievance handling.
∎ Evaluate admin staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Liaison with BGMEA, Fire & Civil Defense, BEPZA, etc.
∎ Taking corrective action and monitoring all corrective measures as advised by the management, buyers, and compliance auditors
∎ Preparing audit documents for GOTs, BSCI, Inditex, OEKOTEX, GRS, and Step (Social Audit).
