Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and review periodical accounting and management reports. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
∎ Address monthly budget variations and report to higher management with possible solutions.
∎ Manage the credit control department and ensure all outstanding dues/accounts receivables are cleared within an acceptable timeframe.
∎ Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt taxation, equity, disposals, and acquisitions, as appropriate.
∎ Establish proper control mechanisms to monitor banking & treasury activities, adequacy of cash flow, inventory management, VAT, Tax, and other affairs.
∎ Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with accounting standards, state, and local regulatory laws, and rules for financial and tax reporting.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with external private and government agencies, organizations, and important stakeholders.
∎ Manage & Coordinate fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to government agencies, development, and monitoring of organizational and contract budgets.
∎ Analyze and evaluate all financial reports such as Income statements, Balance sheets, salary, expenses, cost sheets, financial documents, all data, delivery orders/ Chalan, receipt vouchers, expenditure vouchers, etc.
∎ Evaluate the financial structure of the department and provide leadership in the continual improvement of its efficiency and effectiveness.
