∎ Skills Required: Compliance,Factory HR Administration,Compensation & Benefits

Job Context:
∎ BLJ Bangladesh Corporation is a sister concern of BORDERLESS Japan, a Japan-based social enterprise company currently operating in 10 countries including Japan, Korea, China, India, and Bangladesh. As a part of BORDERLESS Japan, the BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited shares a similar ideology of solving social problem through an appropriate Business model.
∎ In the process, BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited owns 03 companies in Bangladesh they are 100% export oriented Leather goods manufacturing Industry, Apparel Industry and Inspection Company. By the 3rd quarter of 2019, two more projects, one is a Footwear manufacturing Unit and a Technical Training Institute is going to be fully functional. All the factories are located in the green lush of Belma, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. A total of around 750 employees are working in different sections of the company.
∎ To make the companies HR Department fully functional and maintain all the day to day Admin issues including but not limited to compliance management, BLJ Bangladesh Corporation limited is looking for an experienced, motivated and professionally sound Manager, HR, Admin and Compliance for the whole group.
∎ It will be senior Managerial position who will be mainly responsible for the development and implementation of policies related to HR, Admin and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the complicated labour issues in line with Labour Law 2006 and other govt. regulations as well;
∎ Implement the Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers;
∎ Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory;
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment;
∎ Assist the Welfare team for the smooth continuation of their regular activities;
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company;
∎ Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance related activities; Maintain register separately for leave, new employees, insurance, maternity, inter-transfer, show cause, warning and discharge;
∎ Maintain dismiss procedure;
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of Administrative functions of the factory;
∎ Should develop strategic policy & procedures in respect of Admin, HR & Compliance;
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers' code of conduct;
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct;
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating to the smooth functioning of store, production management, staffs management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance;
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere with buyers' compliance instruction;
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner;
∎ Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues;
∎ Maintain all personal files and carry out monthly cross-check;
∎ Prepare and carry out orientation program for new employees;
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The candidate should have good communication skills both in Bengali and English;
∎ Have good management, presentation, communication and Technical Skill;
