Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputed University. Candidates from Public University will be preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Leather Manufactring
∎ Training/Trade Course: Leather Goods
∎ Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Business/ Product Development, Merchandising
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she needs to handle buyers demand start from product costing to shipment.
∎ Follow up daily production and quality check and make a daily report about production and Quality check.
∎ Must be able to prepare production costing sheet in a very efficient way.
∎ Sourcing all sorts of raw material, accessories and other related things to production and ensure to make it available in the warehouse timely.
∎ he/she need to make very effective communication with buyer and and handle all sorts of buyer query and take effective measure.
∎ Must be able to establish a good professional relation with all departments such as commercial, production, store and inventory and Q.C.
∎ Follow up shipment process and ensure all related task is done properly.Dealing with leading Buyers.
∎ Complete customer service, communication and meeting with Buyers.
∎ Daily updating buyers & vendors on the various aspects of production and the current status of orders.
∎ Establish active liaison with potential customers and enhance business from existing clientele.
∎ Good English Communication (Writing & Speaking)
∎ Good Knowledge candidates having experience into production, product development, Market trend, range development, Analysis, sourcing, (Leather Industries)
∎ Any other task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability of interpreting documents from Japanese language into Bengali and English in written format;
∎ Have good management, presentation, communication and Technical Skill;
∎ Experience of working as Japanese Language Interpreter in any leather industry for minimum 03 years;
∎ Those who lived in Japan and learned the language from the native speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Those who have working experience in factory environment, will get Priority for recruitment & selection process.
Salary: Negotiable
