Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Higher studies in HR will be an added as advantage).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc.
∎ Coordinate and building a relationship and link of candidates.
∎ Open and maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization.
∎ Inspect the office management services on routine basis to ensure the proper implementation and management of the services.
∎ Formulate and implement HR related plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
∎ Assist HR & Admin to supervise the duties and assignment of all service staff.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Should have knowledge on Labor Laws and HR policies especially Garments Sector.
∎ Assist in providing standards, advice and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessment) of employees within the set time frame.
∎ Assist in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Work closely with the GM (Admin) on organizational HR, Admin and compliance issues.
∎ Ensure all compliance related job done as per the guideline of the buyers, local-international auditors, Bangladesh government or any other organization that are already involved in this field or will be involved in future.
∎ Planning, Conducting internal audit to meet up internal & external requirements.
∎ Be prepared always with proper arrangements to face any external audit successfully concerned with any issues.
∎ Check list developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management relating to HR, administrative and compliance issues.
∎ Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.

∎ Must have working knowledge on RMG
∎ Good interpersonal and negotiable skills.
∎ Able to work independently on general administrative issues.
∎ Ability to work in a team and possess commitment and integrity.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy with expertly in HR management skill
∎ Good understanding and practical experience on Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Additional certification of HR and Compliance will added as credit points.
∎ Team building, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Negotiable
