∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Horticulture
∎ Or
∎ Graduation in Agriculture from reputed university with good result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Horticulture

Job Context:
∎ Production and management of a large horticulture project.
∎ Location: Habiganj District

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control, monitor and supervise all activities in the field of horticulture.
∎ Prepare business plan and work plan for new crops project.
∎ Cultivation of horticulture crops such as local and foreign vegetables.
∎ Cultivation of local and foreign flowers.
∎ Cultivation of local and exotic fruits such as dragon fruit, date palm, hybrid coconut, rambutan, cantaloupe, watermelon, avocado, etc.
∎ Green house management and cultivation in it.
∎ Communicate with foreign seedling exporters and local buyers of products.
∎ Sales and marketing of products.
∎ Prepare various reports on activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package,
∎ Ability to compose in Bangla & English and knowledge on internet browsing is desired.
∎ Good at emailing.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Ability to work with team at field.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased on successful completion of 6 month probation period.
