• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah travel management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing or operating a Hajj & Umrah travel agency (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Must have knowledge of Saudi Hajj & Umrah systems and procedures.
• Ability to set up operations from scratch and achieve business growth targets
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and service-minded.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, etc.).

Job Context:

We are starting a new travel agency focused only on Hajj and Umrah services, and we’re looking for an experienced and honest Manager to take the lead.

If you have experience in managing Hajj & Umrah operations and want to be part of building something from the ground up, we’d love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all Hajj & Umrah activities and packages.

• Build good relationships with airlines, hotels, and transport service providers.

• Handle visa processing, ticketing, and pilgrim management smoothly.

• Make sure all work follows Saudi and local rules and regulations.

• Lead and guide the team to provide the best service to our pilgrims.

• Work with management to grow the business and maintain customer satisfaction.
