Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in HR, Admin, Compliance & Security or any other form of certifications related to the readymade garments industry.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years in Readymade Garment Industry.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must have TOT (Training of Trainer) certification on fire safety training.

  • Should have training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, fire prevention, first aid and evacuation.

  • Should be able to demonstrate good physical fitness.

  • Should be able to lead a team to ensure maximum fire security of the plant.

  • Should be able to work under pressure from time to time.

  • Experience in the RMG sector will be given preference.

  • Should have working knowledge of Compliance requirements in terms of fire safety of renowned buyers.

  • Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.

  • Must be able to build worker skill matrix and work towards personal development of all staff and workers.
