Job Context:
∎ M & J Logistic Services Ltd. is one of the leading freight forwarding companies in the country. Over time we have moved to diversified business areas like freight forwarding, warehouse maintaining, project handling etc.
∎ Now we are looking the applicants who have vast experience including experience with international freight operations (Sea freight, Airfreight) with proven work experience in sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
∎ Responsible for company’s budgeted revenue & profitability for new businesses through organizing, coordinating & leading sales activities.
∎ Work closely with sales team to improve revenue & profitability yield on existing and new customers.
∎ Develop an integrated supply chain solution / proposal to customize to customers’ business needs in order to deliver sustainable value & efficiency.
∎ To support all sales activities in the segment and to engage senior representatives on the customer side (key influencers and decision-makers) to drive strong top-line growth for the company through new business developments as well as the retention of existing business.
∎ To manage expectations for management leaders by facilitating communication and business.
∎ Lead the team, set objectives and develop strategies to drive growth.
∎ To ensure SOPs fit operational processes as well as the handover from business implementation to operations.
∎ To address and respond to critical escalation items that represent a risk to the business within the relevant sub-function or business line and oversees the resolution of such escalation.
∎ To lead the development, implementation, and interpretation of policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience as Manager/AGM/DGM in a reputed freight forwarding industry
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
