Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as a "Finishing Manager" for a Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Need to possess excellent knowledge of Compliance, Labor Law and Rules & Regulations of the RMG sector in Bangladesh and abroad.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per Finishing Layout.
∎ Must having knowledge Buyer & Style-wise layout in Finishing.
∎ Check goods receipt from sewing and keep inventory record.
∎ Collect Buyer-wise Monthly and Weekly Final Inspection Schedule.
∎ Communicate with Merchant and Planner about Finishing Accessories on-time in-housing.
∎ Collect Approved Trial Pack Sample for Finishing.
∎ Know about Goods receipt, Ironing, Initial & Final Get-up Check, Hang Tag Attach, NDC pass, Folding, Assort making and Final Carton arrangement.
∎ Maintain daily style wise target achievement to meet the shipment dates.
∎ Maintain Daily output sewing & finishing QC pass record.
∎ Maintain Daily finishing to packing style and PO wise report.
∎ Follow up hourly Iron production target, folding production target.
∎ Poly, Assort Group setting and blister wrapping.
∎ Packing list timely submission for inspection.
∎ PO wise goods closing/ finishing.
∎ Packing list maintain and updated (Assort + Solid) as per shipment quantity.
∎ Daily shipment Quality record keeping and reporting to management.
∎ Maintain sewing goods receipt as per Finishing PC.
∎ Finishing Layout Style wise Goods closing as per weekly inspection schedule.
∎ Maintain Good communication with Factory Merchandising Dept. & Planning Dept. to ensure inspection schedule.
∎ Buyer preferences: KIABI, LIDL, NKD, PEPCO, OVS, Celio*, Springfield, Texibo
