Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and exceptional guest service.
∎ Develop and implement front-office strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
∎ Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to uphold service excellence and professionalism.
∎ Handle guest complaints, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
∎ Monitor room availability, pricing, and occupancy rates to optimize revenue.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office performance and occupancy trends.
∎ Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
