Job Context:
∎ Report to: General Manager
∎ Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible, experienced front office manager to join our growing organization. You will act as the `face` of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guest`s services. You should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Trains, cross -trains, retrains all front office personnel, schedules the front office staff
∎ ,supervises workload during shifts and evaluates the job performance in each front office employee.
∎ Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously and Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
∎ Reviews and completes credit limit report and Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
∎ Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel and Wears the proper uniform at all times. Requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
∎ Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor selling status of house daily.
∎ Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.
∎ Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees and Monitor all V.I.P's special guests and requests.
∎ Review front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit, Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
∎ Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated and Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
∎ Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel and resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
∎ Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
∎ Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules and Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate action.
∎ Receives information from the previous shift manger and passes on pertinent details to the oncoming manager.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of previous experience as a front office manager in an up-scale (4/5 Star) hospitality environment.
∎ Skills:
∎ Solid customer service skills
∎ Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
∎ Exceptional organizational skill
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must with knowledge of Hotel Management Software, specially IDS.
∎ Computer skills for entering details onto the system,
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
∎ Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
∎ Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
∎ Other requirements :
∎ Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
∎ Skills Required : Related Field.
