Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Annual Business Plan.
∎ Preparing Annual Production Plan.
∎ Preparing Work flow chart to achieve business and production plan.
∎ Pond management and its’ utilization.
∎ Brood management.
∎ Hatchery maintenance.
∎ Nursery fries’ management.
∎ Fish culture management.
∎ Preparing feed composition and ensuring feeding.
∎ Preparing compost composition and its’ implementation.
∎ Periodical sampling and water quality measurement.
∎ Inventory management of fisheries (Fish/spawn/fries/feed/fertilizer/medicine etc.)
∎ Update of MIS report of fisheries.
∎ Preparing sales plan and market survey.
∎ After sales service.
∎ Fisheries field work management & labor management.
∎ Regular liaison with BFRI and related stakeholders.
∎ Train up and motivate field level employees of fisheries.
∎ Introduce new techniques or technologies regarding fisheries to optimized.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
