Experience in community outreach.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking the services of a manager for our Fisheries unit of 14 ponds over 35 beghas of land at Gazipur, Dhaka
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial management, and strategic planning This role requires a combination of strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of fisheries management
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the fish farm, including budgeting, resource procurement, investment management, and ensuring financial stability.
Overseeing daily operations, implementing policies, and ensuring the farm runs smoothly and efficiently & profitably.
Providing support to staff training knowledge & experience
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the farm objectives and ensure its long-term success.
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the farm’s physical assets.
Managing and supervising employees of the farm. Ability to motivate and guide staff and members.
Ability to make sound decisions based on available information.
