Job Context:
∎ Must be experience in Reputed knit garments industries as a Manager-Finishing.
∎ Candidate get preference who lives near Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the department and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ Managing work production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Supervise the garments whether the ironing and folding and cartooning are properly done.
∎ Attend final inspection and ensure that the final inspection is done properly.
∎ Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve productivity.
∎ Analyze and assess Buyer/Customer feedback.
∎ Managing all kind of Inspection & Audit related issues.
∎ Tact fully handle all kind of worker/ labor related issues.
∎ To ensure quality production in finishing of production.
∎ Monitor the production procedure in all level of finishing section and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to meet deadlines.
∎ Must be a team player with lots of energy and self-motivation.
∎ Should be proactive and lead the whole production floor to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Should have good communication and people skills.
∎ Sound production knowledge is important.
∎ Candidate who is stay in narayanganj will be preferred.
