Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire finishing process of garments to ensure high quality and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for finishing operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards.
∎ Train, supervise, and evaluate finishing department staff.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory of finishing materials and supplies.
∎ Coordinate with buyers and merchandisers for specific finishing requirements.
∎ Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Prepare reports on finishing operations and present to management.
