∎ 5+ years of proven experience in managing field or direct sales teams, preferably in ISP/FMCG/Telecom sectors.
∎ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge of achieving field sales targets.
∎ Team Management & Cross-Function Coordination
∎ Lead, train, and manage large sales team.
∎ Needs to work closely with SDv, NOC, Fiber, Finance for seamless coordination.
∎ Troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks and suggest quick resolutions.
∎ Candidates who have managed a large field sales team will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of field sales agents across multiple districts.
∎ Recruit, train, and onboard new commission-based sales agents.Set district-wise sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
∎ Implement sales tracking systems and generate performance reports.
∎ Develop incentive programs and drive agent motivation.
∎ Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and service deployment.
∎ Analyze market trends and propose strategic improvements.
