Experience:
MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Social Sciences or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8+ years experience in the field of human resources
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff towards achieving departmental goals
In depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Amendment 2018
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a diplomatic and approachable demeanor
Strong understanding of administrative principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness
Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills
Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to human resources and core administrative operations
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and relevant experience in using ERP Software
Tech savvy with a keen interest in Workflow Automation and Software Development
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HR and Administrative operations and strategies that support our organizational objectives and help us attract, develop and retain top talent and manage regular administrative operations efficiently. Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and oversee the digital transformation of the entire operations from employee recruitment and management systems, to HR Analytics and Reporting.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement and oversee the recruitment process
Guide the HR team to efficiently review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed
Consistently recruit excellent staff and ensure the organization is teeming with talented employees
Annually review the Employee Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws
Coordinate with the Payroll and Payments Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll
Develop and implement a rigorous knowledge and skill development training strategy for all departments
Oversee, coordinate and implement the annual employee performance reviews and evaluations
Evaluate KPIs for employee performance in collaboration with the respective departments
Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations including office management, facilities management, resources management, vendor management and travel arrangements to ensure smooth functioning of the departments.
Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities and prepare reports as needed.
Conduct regular audits of office procedures and systems to identify areas for improvement and report to the line manager for implementing changes as needed.
