∎ Master Degree from any reputed University and Graduate and Equivalent Degree in any disciplines.

Job Context:
∎ SOFPL is looking an expert and amicable personnel who is able to manage and maintain the production line and factory management. Factory manager will be overseeing the workers and the equipments in the operations. He will be responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions under different challenging environment.
∎ Job Location: Factory site (Trishal, Mymensingh)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A factory manger has to maintain Liaison with the financial department of Head Office.
∎ Maintain record against material purchase for production and report the same to Management
∎ The whole industrial production of fish meal & oil unit only has to be managed by factory manager. The safety measures have to be followed.
∎ Ensuring adherence to cost control measures and leading process the specifications and quality standards.
∎ Supervise key/sensitive operations of the production/process based on quality, parameters and controls.
∎ If there are any quality related issues, the factory manger have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production in the factory as per the specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Manage the worker activities, their duties and See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
∎ Takes steps to minimize losses, rejects and reworks on daily basis.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff and Organizing relevant training sessions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 12- 15 years experience in agro and fish frozen food processing based
∎ Smart and convincible presentation skill
∎ Good command in MS Office (Specialty in MS Excel and MS Word)
∎ Key Competencies:
∎ Extrovert, hardworking and challenging attitude towards meeting the target.
∎ Good verbal communication ability and negotiation skills
∎ Stress tolerance and goal driven
