Responsibilities & Context:

1. Production & Operations Management

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations to ensure timely production targets are met.

  • Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources to optimize efficiency.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for raw material availability.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.

  • Maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant industry certifications.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Delivery Management

  • Oversee the regular maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor vehicle performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance and service records for all vehicles.

  • Supervise and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliveries.

  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize routing and delivery efficiency.

4. Health, Safety & Environment

  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct safety training and risk assessments regularly.

5. People Management & HR Coordination

  • Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to achieve operational excellence.

  • Manage attendance, discipline, and performance evaluation of factory employees.

  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and employee welfare activities.

  • 5. Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee general administration and security management.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of factory infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.

  • Manage vendor contracts for services like maintenance, logistics, and security.

  • Maintain records and documentation related to licenses, statutory compliance, and audits.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with top management, logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.

  • Provide regular operational reports and performance metrics to management.
