∎ Education related Textile Engineering will be given preference (BUTEX, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET) or any reputed private textile university.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop ad ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Management System QMS) in textile department.
∎ Ensure all fabric quality parameter according to quality manual of different buyer.
∎ Effectively interact with R&D, Development and production team.
∎ Ensure yarn test report before start bulk knitting.
∎ Ensure lab dip submitting to customer to start bulk dyeing.
∎ Instant solution if cutting found any defect during cutting of delivered finished fabrics.
∎ Fabrics defect and root cause analysis.
∎ Process development of knitting, dyeing, finishing and quality assurance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to finished fabric process defect & excellent problem-solving ability.
∎ Good leadership and communication skill.
