Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Garments factory named JK Group is looking for potential candidates as Manager (Textile)-Quality Assurance for its factory located at Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Develop ad ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Management System QMS) in textile department.
∎ Ensure all fabric quality parameter according to quality manual of different buyer.
∎ Effectively interact with R&D, Development and production team.
∎ Ensure yarn test report before start bulk knitting. Ensure lab dip submitting to customer to start bulk dyeing.
∎ Instant solution if cutting found any defect during cutting of delivered finished fabrics.
∎ Fabrics defect and root cause analysis. Process development of knitting, dyeing, finishing and quality assurance.
