∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of Cotton, Cotton-Polyester blend using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes.
∎ Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control measures at every stage of the dyeing process to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all batches of dyed yarn and fabric, including color formulas, process parameters, and quality outcomes for future reference and audits.
∎ Supervise dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.
∎ Oversee the Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knit fabric and yarn.
∎ Do the design preparation of fabrics.
∎ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Produce various type of process of dyeing and it required develop the process.
∎ Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.
∎ Ensure that all dyeing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
∎ Maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
