• Preparing Architectural detail working drawing & GFC Drawing, drafting structural detail working drawing.

• All kind of modification Architectural/Structural drawing prepare (New and As build drafting.

• 3D Visualization.

• Coordination with supply chain Department and Material Control Department (MCD) to ensure proper supply of material at site.

• Site visit to check construction work is ongoing as per supplied Architectural working drawing.

• Prepare architectural detail working drawing & GFC drawing then issue to construction team, drafting structural detail working drawing of both RCC building and steel prefabricated shed.

• Calculation of building façade material ( Curtain glass, sliding windows fixed glass & louvers etc.)

• Prepare drawing, Specification and construction documents.

• Coordination with project in-charge for related design & support to execution for project.

• Preparing BOQ & Material estimate for different type of project.

• Prepare BEPZA Summation architectural drawing of Industrial building projects.

• To work closely with design team and understand the architectural & interior drawing of different project.

• Organization and manage Authority permit document.

• Mobile bill,Provident fund,Insurance
