∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person should have in-depth knowledge in fabric Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing
∎ To set overall planning for knitting, dyeing, finishing & delivery to the buyer as per TNA
∎ To understand technical problem for knitting, dyeing & finishing ahead of starting production
∎ To trouble-shoot of all the potential problems for knitting, dyeing & finishing in advance by discussing with the respective team
∎ Excellent understand on fabric construction & capability of developing any type of knit fabrics.
∎ To communicate, coordinate and administration the functions of fabric teams and ensuring their best performance with motivation
∎ To provide necessary guideline to ensure smooth & quality production as per Buyer requirement
∎ To monitor the production flow on regular basis to ensure proper executions align with plan.
∎ Keep close communication with the production units, maintaining a very close coordination with the factory production & head office merchant team
∎ To coordinate with garments merchandising team & Buyers
∎ To generate all kinds of report, as required by the Management / Buyers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill having excellent interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Strong mail correspondence skill having good command in English.
∎ Computer skill is a must having excellent skill on excel.
