Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) or any similar discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working directly under Director (Sales), responsible for overall sales of KPL Household Plastics and Melamine products to Northeast India (7 Sister States) SAARC Countries and Middle East.
∎ Have to hire Sales Executives with relevant experience of working with dealers in in above-mentioned countries.
∎ Co-ordinate with all activities with all other section
∎ Have to prepare commercial documents and handle its related tasks.
∎ Responsible for proper and submit monthly, quarterly, annual report to the management for necessary action.
∎ Have to prepare and manage all export documents and communication in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 - 8 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Candidate should have play overall Commercial responsibility (Export) and will work for the development of the company.
∎ Candidate must have a strong existing relationship with existing dealers in above-mentioned countries.
∎ Creative and able to work independently
∎ Good communication skills (fluent in English) and Self-motivated
∎ Understand and develop long term business vision
∎ Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
∎ Self-Motivated, energetic & pro activeness; and
∎ Ability to think 'outside the box'.
