∎ Graduation in BBA or any similar discipline.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing (Corporate Sales and Brand Promotion)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka and Outside Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for generating revenue for the company;
∎ Ensure regular visit to corporate customers;
∎ Ensure regular sales from corporate customers;
∎ Must Visit his corporate customers fortnightly;
∎ Market development;
∎ Providing market wining tips to the field force;
∎ Collecting information about competitors and formulating alternative strategy;
∎ Arrange trade sales, presentation for the company in key events like exhibition, trade fair etc;
∎ Tracking product movement by category;
∎ Must Visit his VIP customers once in a month;
∎ Ensure product availability to each possible customers;
∎ Keep close eye on competitors activities;
∎ Monitor the activities of corporate customers; and
∎ Regular reporting to Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 - 3 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Candidate should have experience Corporate/Institutional sales
∎ Able to work independently
∎ Good communication skills and self-motivated
∎ Understand and develop long term business vision
∎ Energetic & pro activeness;
∎ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are prerequisites and be capable/interest to use Company ERP software; and
∎ Ability to think 'outside the box'.
