∎ Graduation in BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing) or any similar discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working directly under Director (Sales), responsible for overall sales of KPL Household Plastics and Melamine products to Northeast India (7 Sister States) including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.
∎ Candidate must have strong existing relationship with existing dealers in Northeast India (7 Sister States) including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.
∎ Candidate must be able to hire Sales Executives with relevant experience of working with dealers in Northeast India (7 Sister States) including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.
∎ Candidate must have existing background/track record of exceptional sales in Northeast India (7 Sister States) including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.
∎ Co-ordinate with all activities with all other section
∎ Responsible for proper & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ At least 3 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Candidate should have play overall Commercial responsibility (Export) and will work for the development of the company.
∎ Creative and able to work independently
∎ Good communication skills and Self-motivated
∎ Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
∎ Understand and develop long term business vision
∎ Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them
∎ Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
∎ Commercial documents preparing & handling.
∎ Self-Motivated, energetic & pro activeness; and
∎ Ability to think 'outside the box'.
