∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Bar-at-Law & Civil Cases Especially Land Related Practicing Lawyer and Survey Knowing Advocate will get preference.

∎ 12 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Lawyer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Civil, Revenue & Criminal cases and do the needful.
∎ All Kinds of Land Related documents Vetting, (Title Deed, Baya Deed, khatians, Order, Decree & Judgments etc.)
∎ Preparation of case drafts or Plaint.
∎ Represent and defend cases before the court on behalf of company.
∎ Provide/Ensure guidance to the Group on finding an optimum solution within the legal framework on any legal issues referred by management including outside court settlements /ADR.
∎ Visit to competent Authorities for documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
∎ Constant follow up day to day case updates and all other pending legal issues.
∎ Follow-up all licenses applicable to business / operations and regular update their renewal.
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Corporate and Estate Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna Nama, commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing legal support for corporate governance and business development activities, as well as internal/administrative functions.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. organization such as AC (Land) office, Sub-Registry office & District Administration Offices
∎ Filing & recording of Legal deeds, documents or Instruments etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Advance MS Excel, Bangla and English typing Skills, Case Management Skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct.
∎ Should knowledge on Civil Law, Suits, and Criminal Cases & Litigation.
∎ Good in communication & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Positive attitude to work under immense pressure with leadership quality.
