Responsibilities & Context:
Are you an ERP leader with a passion for digital transformation? We are seeking a dynamic Head of ERP to drive enterprise system strategy, implementation, and optimization across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERP projects, from requirements analysis and vendor selection to successful implementation and ongoing administration.
Oversee ERP integration with business processes, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and deliver user training, support, and change management.
Continuously identify and deploy innovations for process automation, workflow efficiency, and business performance improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience managing large ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Odoo implementation experience is preferable.
Proven track record in ERP implementation, system administration, and IT project leadership.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, RMG, or service sector ERP environments is a plus.
