Responsibilities & Context:
Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance for uninterrupted production.
Support preventive and on-demand maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery.
Assist vendors in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate purchase processes.
Prepare documentation for validation and calibration per cGMP standards.
Oversee mechanical/electrical maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with WHO cGMP, UK MHRA, and US FDA standards.
Prepare technical reports and support audits.
