We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Manager” in Electrical Department for our solar power plant projects. The job responsibilities are-
Maintain liaison with PDB, PGCB and BPDB to obtain approval to carry out assigned tasks.
Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance activities of equipment within the 132 kV Grid Sub-Station.
Monitor and control plant operations effectively utilizing SCADA systems and networking principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SCADA systems to minimize downtime.
Ensure appropriate relay settings (ABB/ Siemens) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects of various vendors.
Monitor project parameters and assign responsibilities to the most capable employees.
Perform quality control tasks, schedules, plans, and report on the project`s status.
Oversee the ongoing electrical engineering tasks and undertake necessary corrective actions.
Develop specification for the needed equipment.
Assure necessary maintenance, trouble shooting of power plants.
Ensure proper maintenance schedule and other plant machinery carried in time.
Maintain proper documentation process of machine maintenance.
Develop maintenance plan regarding upcoming maintenance and submit requisition to arrange necessary spare parts.
Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any job.
Follow company policy in the time of performing any assigned task to ensure cost effectiveness.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
