Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Social Science from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare economic reintegration plans and execute those on a regular basis.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive plan to provide financial support for returnee migrants.
∎ Provide technical support to execute basic entrepreneurship training, product and service development training, market and sales management training and trade based technical skill training.
∎ Coordinate referral process of skill training and implement interventions related to economic reintegration.
∎ Build partnership with different service providers and prepare referral plan on a regular basis.
∎ Follow up the referral process on a regular basis and prepare progress report.
∎ Oversee all project activities and be the contact point for economic reintegration component under the project.
∎ Assist project team and other stakeholders to define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the programme.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of specific component of the project.
∎ Advice on 'best practice' approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused.
∎ Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on a regular basis to the project management.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and thereby improving quality.
∎ Prepare the project and programme budget, annual operating plan and other strategic documents.
∎ Collaborate with other managers to execute programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' of work experience in the development field including project management skill is required.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Firm knowledge on economic reintegration, project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Conceptual understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and budget analysis
∎ Knowledge on Skill Training, Migration and Trafficking
∎ Excellent report writing and business plan development skills
∎ Skills on problem solving, planning, decision-making and creativity
∎ Excellent competencies on leadership, coordination and communication
