Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the online and offline assortment of existing and upcoming footwear & accessories and determine the right assortment for online business analyzing market trends and customer needs
∎ Track profit & loss of category on weekly & monthly basis and improve profitability
∎ Support forecasting/inventory investments by process development, operational planning and comprehensive financial analysis
∎ Develop the merchandising & collection plan for own website & marketplace.
∎ Partner closely with cross functional teams such as retail merchandising, marketing, product development, e-commerce operation, distribution and logistics to improve brand equity, net revenue, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends/events.
