∎ Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
∎ Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online customer experience, addressing any issues and implementing improvements.
∎ Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
∎ Data Analysis: Use data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize the E-commerce platform.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and manage the E-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including payment processors, logistics providers, and technology partners.
