Responsibilities & Context:
· Have a sound technical knowledge in dyeing & finishing.
· Properly understand buyer's requirement.
· Monitor & ensure that the fabric & yearn dyeing process outside the dyeing factory.
· Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way.
· Process high degree of analytical ability on each and every dyeing finishing process.
· Plan supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are meet.
· Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.
· Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of order.
· Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.
· Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.
