Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure, and chemical action and all kinds of dry process activities.
∎ To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.
∎ To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.
∎ To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
∎ Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on:
∎ Dry processing work for all kinds of pants & jacket items.
∎ 3D - Crinkle effects / Auto Woven
∎ Grinding/Damaging
∎ Mending with Stitching
∎ Hand Brush
∎ Scrunch/Crumple
∎ Scraping
∎ Tagging
∎ Tint
∎ Whisker
∎ Laser and other special finishes.
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of sustainable washes.
∎ Capable to work by utilizing less manpower.
∎ Good leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
