Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any relevant subject; priority will be given in Business Studies, or Finance and Accounting.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall sales and administrative staff supervision of the outlets.
∎ Ensuring profitability and smooth running of retail sales outlets, managing of warehouse, fairs
∎ and exhibitions and increasing domestic sales as per yearly plans, targets, and budgets.
∎ Overseeing overall management of the outlets and domestic marketing departments and their staff members.
∎ Maintaining customer services and customer relations.
∎ Developing web and social media contents, maintain e-commerce sites efficiently.
∎ Maintaining of justified optimum stocks for shops, wholesales and e-commerce platforms.
∎ Fulfilling the sales and marketing objectives, strategies and action plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in retail outlet management, e-commerce, business development as well as vendor management.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about wholesalers, retailers, online platforms and chain stores.
∎ Must have knowledge, skills and ability in marketing of handmade and handcrafted products in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong speaking and writing skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong skills in operating modern electronic devices and social media.
