Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be based in Government Office and is responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy collaborative relationship with the MOH&FW counterparts at the district and below level.
∎ S/he will facilitate MOH&FW led, data-driven planning and reviews, mobilize Local Government bodies and other non-health sectors to support the public and private sector MNH interventions.
∎ S/he will also ensure progress of MNH-QI activities through regular program, develop capacity plan and support district QI committees, analyze monthly performance and review of MIS data and provide timely feedback to the Government as well as to the partner.
∎ The Manager will liaison with district level MOH&FW and Local Government officials, Monitor partner NGO's performance and provide necessary support and review regular implementation plan and budget burn trend analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience of which 3 years in management position, preferably field implementation in health programs.
∎ Demonstrated experience in working closely with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOH&FW) and with a large complex multi-partner team.
∎ Understanding on NGO and public sector and national health system issues is necessary.
∎ Aptitude to work proactively and independently,
∎ Ability to work in high-pressure situation,
∎ Ability to deal with multiple partners including the district level MOH&FW is necessary.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office
∎ Ability to travel across the district (80% of time)
∎ Written and verbal fluency in Bangla and English
∎ Selected candidate must reside in Manikganj
